🛠️ Final Manufacturing Technical ChecklistWhen Cirui Forged returns the final technical blue line files for structural validation, confirm that the following values are locked into their CNC milling logic:Hub Integration: Hub-centric direct profile at 66.9 mm Center Bore matching your factory C8 hubs exactly to eliminate highway vibration.Bead Shoulder: Micro-grooved knurled bead seats machined onto both inside and outside tire mounting zones to stop run-flat tire slippage under track braking loads.Lip Geometry Alignment: CNC engraving program mapped radially at 180° true separation. "CORVETTE" sits flush inside the top window gap (0°), and "FORGED" splits down the middle of the opposing bottom-center spoke profile (180°). Both utilize the official wide, geometric block branding font.Internal Barrel Gaps: Zone 1 (Smooth Section) spans 100mm from the front face on the 19” front wheels to ensure a minimum 5.0mm safe air gap over the wide Z51 Brembos.
