The displayed price is a provisional price for ONE wheel, not a set of four. This is a custom-order link, not a fixed-price offer for every design. CIRUI will confirm your specification, quantity and final unit price in writing, then provide the revised checkout link. If you are ordering four wheels, check that the agreed unit price, quantity and total match your quotation before paying. Do not pay an earlier or unconfirmed price.
The “Confirmed” selections refer to the vehicle and design direction discussed with CIRUI. They do not replace the final engineering review or your approval of the production drawing.
What can be customized?
Wheel design, diameter, width and front/rear staggered configuration.
Vehicle-specific bolt pattern (PCD), offset (ET), center bore and brake clearance.
Color, gloss level, brushed or polished finishes, two-tone details and center-cap direction.
Concavity, lip profile and other details where the selected construction and vehicle allow.
Send your preferred design or reference photographs. Our engineers review the requested appearance together with fitment, load requirements and intended use. A design shown for one vehicle is not automatically suitable for another; final feasibility is confirmed for your exact configuration.
What we need from you
Vehicle make, model, year and exact trim or version.
Current tire sizes, desired wheel sizes and any existing wheel specifications you know.
Brake package, suspension changes, spacers or other relevant modifications.
Street, show or track use, plus your preferred stance, design and finish.
Quantity and delivery country/postcode for the quotation; full recipient name, telephone number and shipping address when completing the order.
You do not need to guess technical measurements. Tell us what you know, and we will identify any additional information needed. Some brake or modified-vehicle setups may require measurements before the production specification can be approved.
From your idea to production
Agree on the order brief. We discuss your vehicle, design direction, quantity, price, delivery scope and estimated schedule.
Check the final quotation and pay. This custom-order route uses full payment, rather than a deposit. Review the revised order amount before checkout.
Review the engineering design. After the order is placed, our engineering team prepares the vehicle-specific design and confirms the dimensions, finish and details with you. We work with you on revisions to the agreed design until you are happy to approve it, within the confirmed engineering and order scope.
Approve before production. Manufacturing begins after the final design and specification are approved. Please raise any changes before approval; later changes may affect feasibility, price or timing and must be confirmed with us.
Production, inspection and delivery. Your approved wheels are manufactured, finished, inspected and packed for the agreed shipping route.
The gallery contains illustrative 3D design previews. Screen colors, lighting and perspective can differ from physical finishes. The approved production drawing and agreed finish specification define your order.
Payment, delivery and what is included
Full payment is required for this custom order. Use the payment methods offered at your confirmed checkout; PayPal or credit-card availability depends on the checkout options shown for your order. Keep your Shopify order confirmation and payment receipt.
Your written quotation confirms the number of wheels, finish, center caps and any additional hardware or accessories. Tires, TPMS sensors, installation, carbon-fiber details and other extras are not automatically included; any included items must be listed in your quotation.
Shipping, taxes and accessories are included only when stated in your agreed quotation. Duty-paid (DDP) delivery can be quoted for eligible destinations in Europe and North America. Confirm the destination, duties and final delivery scope before payment rather than assuming worldwide free shipping.
Production and delivery timing are confirmed with your final specification and destination. Ask us to record the estimated production-plus-transit schedule in your quotation. Design revisions, special finishes, engineering requirements and customs or transport delays can affect timing. See our Delivery & DDP information.
Five-year quality warranty and lifetime after-sales support
CIRUI provides a five-year product-quality warranty for confirmed material or manufacturing defects. Under our published warranty commitment, a covered defect within this period is addressed through compensation equal to 100% of the affected wheel’s purchase price or a corresponding replacement wheel at no charge. This concerns the affected wheel, not an automatic refund of the entire set.
Damage caused by impacts, collisions, curb contact, improper use or vehicle modifications falls outside the quality-defect compensation scope. Lifetime after-sales support means continuing assistance with technical assessment, inspection, replacement-wheel inquiries and service matters; it does not mean lifetime free replacement or reimbursement for every type of damage.
For an after-sales request, contact CIRUI with your order number, a description of the issue and clear photographs. We will review the order and the reported problem with you. For cancellation or change requests, contact us promptly so we can check the actual production stage and discuss the applicable next steps before you take further action.
