For eligible U.S. orders, the confirmed quotation includes shipping, customs clearance, and door-to-door delivery.
Final pricing may vary depending on wheel dimensions, custom finishes, and design requirements. All costs will be confirmed before payment.
Production Time: Approximately 15–20 days after final design approval.

Feedback summary: The customer reported that the custom wheels fit their Rolls-Royce Phantom perfectly.
For eligible U.S. orders, delivery is DDP door to door, including customs clearance. Production and delivery together target approximately five weeks, subject to design approval, production scheduling and destination.
Within five years, we replace the affected wheel if cracking is caused by a manufacturing defect. We cover 100% of the approved quality-related replacement wheel cost; the buyer pays shipping.
If our engineers confirm after delivery that a wheel does not fit, we remake the affected wheel to the correct fitment at no additional wheel cost. Fitment issues are remedied by remanufacturing, not a refund. Our factory pays the shipping costs for the confirmed fitment-related remake.
Lifetime after-sales support includes free polishing or a color change when you return your CIRUI wheels to us. The customer pays shipping.
Cancellation terms for new orders: Before production: refund less US$200 design fee. Once production begins: cancellation refund is 50% of the amount paid. Existing orders retain their agreed terms.
